RREEF Alternative Investments is the global alternative investment management business of Deutsche Bank’s Asset Management division. RREEF Alternative Investments consists of three businesses: Real Estate, Infrastructure and Private Equity. RREEF has $42.2 billion in assets under management worldwide as of September 30, 2009.
Mr. McAuliffe joined RREEF in 2005 as Managing Director in the Acquisitions Group. In 2007, he assumed the responsibility of leading the Acquisitions Group, which is responsible for all acquisitions, dispositions and capital markets decisions. He serves on RREEF’s Investment Committee. Throughout his tenure on RREEF's Investment Committee, RREEF has acquired in excess of $15 billion of properties and sold in excess of $10 billion of properties. Mr. McAuliffe has extensive background in residential property, including 22 years at CB Richard Ellis in Chicago. During his career at CB Richard Ellis, he was involved in representing institutional investors and public companies in real estate sales and acquisitions of approximately $4.0 billion of residential property. He serves on the Executive Committee for the National Multi Housing Council and is an active member of the Urban Land Institute. He received his B.A. in Economics from University of Missouri-Columbia.
