Mr. Anderson is President of Ronus, Inc., a European company that has a number of investments in the United States. Ronus bought Saks Fifth Avenue and Harold’s out of receivership and then took Saks Fifth Avenue public. He also owns Robert Anderson Consulting, LLC, a financial consulting firm that provides services to a limited number of individuals in the U.S. and Europe.
Anderson retired from Price Waterhouse in 1997 where he served as Partner-in-Charge of the Real Estate Industry Services Group in Atlanta, GA. Before joining Price Waterhouse, he was Chief Financial Officer of Lehndorff, the largest German syndicator of U.S. real estate. He began his career with Arthur Andersen & Co. in 1964. He was admitted to the partnership in 1974 and was Partner-in-Charge of the foreign investment and U.S. real estate practice before resigning and joining Lehndorff.

As Chairman of Bedford Oak Advisors, LLC, Mr. Eisen directs all investment activities of the investment partnership. He previously served as Senior Vice President of Investments for The Travelers in New York and held the same position with Primerica Corporation before its merger with the former Travelers Corporation. Mr. Eisen developed his reputation as a financial analyst with Stifel, Nicolaus & Co. and with Wertheim and Co., both members of the New York Stock Exchange. He was Senior Portfolio Manager with the Shareholders Management Company and worked as an independent investment consultant prior to forming his own investment advisory firm, Eisen Capital Management, Inc.
He is widely recognized as one of the nation's leading portfolio managers. With more than 30 years of asset management experience, Mr. Eisen is often consulted by the national media for his views on all aspects of the investment marketplace. He makes regular appearances on such programs as Wall Street Week with Louis Rukeyser, CNBC and CNN. Mr. Eisen is frequently quoted in The New York Times, PensionWorld, U.S. News and World Report, Financial World and Business Week.
Harvey Eisen graduated from the University of Missouri, Columbia, in 1964 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and Economics. He also received a Master’s Degree in Commerce and Finance from St. Louis University. Mr. Eisen is a trustee of the University of Missouri Business School, where he established the first accredited course on the Warren Buffet Principles of Investing. He is also a trustee at the Rippowam Cisqua School in Bedford, New York, and the Northern Westchester Hospital Center.

Patrick Kenny serves as President and CEO of the International Insurance Society in New York City, whose mission is to foster the exchange of ideas through its annual seminar and sponsored research. Prior to this position, Mr. Kenny was Chief Financial Officer with Aetna Life and Casualty in Hartford Ct. Patrick was also the Executive Vice President of the Frontier Insurance Group in Rockhill, NY from 1998-2001. He served as Senior Vice President for SS&C Technologies, Partner-in-Charge for KPMG Peat Marwick in Paris for three years and then spent six years in The Hague as Partner–in-Charge of the Continental Insurance Practice.
Kenny’s current corporate directorships include IOF Foresters (a Canadian Fraternal Benefit Society) and ING, Inc, (a wholesale mutual fund used in the sale of retirement benefits). His prior directorships include Terra Nova UK and Avandel, Inc. Kenny served on the Council for Economic Development, CFO Task Force of Private Sector Council and the Financial Accounting Standards Advisory Council.
He holds a BBA from the (1964) University of Notre Dame and an MA (1966) from the University of Missouri.
Mr. Linnenbringer joined Price Waterhouse in 1970 in St. Louis. He served in the Price Waterhouse World Firm in London from 1977 to 1979. Bill was admitted as partner in the firm in 1983. Over the course of his career, he has served in the St. Louis, Chicago, New York and London offices. Bill retired from PwC on July 31, 2002 after 32 years with the firm.
Linnenbringer has held numerous leadership positions including Managing Partner with US Banking & Financial Services Industry Practice, US Policy Board, Chairman of Global Financial Services Industry Practice, World Council of Partners, U.S. Leadership Team and Senior Client Service Partner
He has served as Global Relationship Partner for many of PwC’s largest clients including J.P. Morgan, MasterCard International, Bank of America, Continental Bank and Bank One Corporation, The Royal Bank of Canada, The Federal Reserve Bank System, The Federal Home Loan Bank System, The Farm Credit System, Union Planters Corporation, Right Choice Managed Care, Inc. (formerly Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Missouri) and Galileo International, Inc.
Mr. Linnenbringer graduated from the University of Missouri in 1970 with a B.S. B.A., Cum Laude. He is also a graduate of the Tuck Executive Program at Dartmouth. He is a member of the American Institute of CPAs, the New York Society of CPAs, the Missouri Society of Certified Public Accountants and the Institute of Internal Auditors. He also is a member of the University of Missouri, Columbia – College of Business Strategic Development Board, member of the International Advisory Board of Leadership Forum, International (Georgetown University and Charles University, Prague, Czechoslovakia), member of the International Advisory Board of Oxford Analytica (Oxford University, England). He also serves as an advisory director with Colliers, Turley, Martin, Tucker (member of audit committee), on the Board of Directors of TeleTech Holdings, Inc. (member of audit committee), and as the advisory director of the Audit Committee of Corporate Board of Dairy Farmers of America, Inc.
Linnenbringer has also served as PwC’s financial service industry representative to the World Economic Forum during 1993-2001. In addition, Bill served on numerous leadership committees within PwC including the College Relations Board, and the National Diversity Council.
In 1978, Mr. O’Neal founded First San Francisco Corp., an investment banking firm which engages in M&A transactions and plant divestitures. First San Francisco Corp. has completed over 50 company divestiture transactions, primarily representing corporate sellers. The company developed a specialty of selling under-performing assets, food plants, warehouses, sawmills and other facilities. Clients have included Nestle, Nabisco, U.S. Department of Justice, Walter Heller, Edward Hines Lumber Co., and many more.
Since 1985, First San Francisco Corp. has acted as principal in the purchase of several companies, the largest of which was Snider Lumber Products, Inc. sold to Fibreboard. It has made several venture capital investments as a founder in RasterOps, Frontier Bank (now part of City National), and NetStar (now part of Ascend Communications). The company purchased a 9.9% interest in Home Federal Financial Corp., which was sold to First Nationwide Thrift & Loan in 1996. First San Francisco Corp. recently assisted the largest privately-held insurance agency in the western states that merged with Greater Bay Bancorp.
Mr. O’Neal received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Missouri in 1959. He received his Masters in Business Administration from Wharton in 1961. He has served on the Wharton Graduate Board, the Strategic Development Board for the MU College of Business and is a member of the Davenport Society.
